These Chocolate Cookie Truffles are over the top. I love to make these and keep in the freezer for a late night snack or for those unexpected guests!

Ingredients
24Oreos
6oz.Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese
12oz.Semi Sweet Chocolate
Instructions
In a food processor pour in half package of Oreo's and blend until fine. Add in existing Oreo's and repeat.
Add in 2 TBSP of of cream cheese at a time to the food processor incorporating until blended and mixed well.
Use a cookie scoop and roll dough into balls placing cookie dough on a large baking sheet, repeat until dough has been used.
Place dough in the refrigerator.
In a double boiler (or microwave) melt chocolate.
Once the dough has chilled for 10-15 minutes place round dough into the chocolate one at a time. Using a spoon flip over in chocolate to coat all sides, place on wax paper or baking mat.
Continue dipping the dough until have all been covered.
Before the chocolate sets you can place sprinkles, drizzle chocolate or top with chopped Oreo's for a wonderful presentation!
