Instructions
In a large skillet brown sausage.
Scoop out sausage and drain on a paper towel.
Add onion and green pepper into the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until they are soft and tender.
Remove onion and pepper from the skillet.
In the skillet place a layer of mozzarella cheese.
Layer with pepper/onion mixture and then sausage.
Repeat until all the ingredients are used.
You will want the cheese to cover the sausage.
Place diced tomato on top and bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Serve with tortilla cheese and enjoy this Heavenly Recipe.
