2Medium Bananas
½CCreamy Peanut Butter
1TSPPure Vanilla Extract
2eggs
1TSPGround Cinnamon
½TSPGround Nutmeg
¼TSPSalt
1TSPBaking Powder
1TSPBaking Soda
1CBrown Sugar
1CQuick Oats
2CFlour
¾CSemi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl mash bananas with paddle attachment or mixer.
Stir in creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract.
Add in one egg at a time and combine.
Stir in brown sugar until well combined.
Next add in cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, baking powder, baking soda and salt, stir.
Add in oats and 1 cup of flour, stir.
Add in last cup of flour and mix until well combined, stirring in chocolate chips last.
If using paper cupcake liners spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook for 10-15 minutes depending on how hot your oven becomes.
