stick butter
melted

Graham Cracker Crumbs

Can Pumpkin

Evaporated Milk

tsp
Nutmeg

tsp
Cinnamon
1
tsp
Ginger

Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
½
C
Walnuts or Pecans
½

Brown Sugar
optional
Instructions
In a medium size bowl mix butter and graham cracker crumbs.
In a 9x13 baking dish evenly spread mixture as this will become the crust.
In a large bowl mix together pumpkin, milk, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger.
Pour over crust.
Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until pumpkin mixture has set.
Sprinkle brown sugar over the top and allow to melt before serving for added sweetness.
Top with Whipped Cream and serve!
