I don’t think that it gets any better than these Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bars! Ok…it does, but, that’s the joy of recipes. Is that you don’t have to create the same recipes over and over again.
This Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bars recipe was inspired by another recipe that I’ll have coming soon, Magic Bars! If you haven’t made them, they are a must as well. The kids LOVE these pumpkin bars and they’ll often request either these or Pumpkin Pancakes {again, another recipe I’m working on!}. They also LOVE these Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Pumpkin Bars. I have to say they are pretty good!

If you aren’t drooling right now and if you don’t think this doesn’t look like pure heaven, I just don’t think that we can be friends! Oh and those little shiny bits of the brown sugar melting is just pure perfection. It gives these Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Pie bars a little bit of sweetness, but, not to much!

You say 1 can of pumpkin, but what size can? The 15oz. or the 29oz. can? Thanks!
Marci says
14 oz. Our stores don’t carry the larger sizes! Pumpkin shortage.
