grilled cheese, sandwich
of Cheddar Cheese
of Cooked Bacon
Nonstick Cooking Spray
Start by cleaning and slicing your potato into roughly ¼ inch slices.
Fill the bottom of your skillet with oil, about ½ inch deep, and heat up.
Throw in your potato slices, and dash each slice with pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and parsley.
Let them cook for about 2 -3 minutes (until golden) and flip.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the opposite side of potatoes.
Once both sides of potatoes are golden brown, place them on a plate.
Now it is time to build your grilled cheese. Place a slice of bread down, your cheddar cheese, potatoes, sprinkle with chives, add bacon, and finally your other slice of bread.
Clean your skillet and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Grill your sandwich on each side until golden brown, as shown.
Serve and enjoy!
