Loaded Potato Grilled Cheese with Bacon Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 1 Potato
- Vegetable Oil
- Pepper
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Parsley
- 2 slices of Bread
- 3 slices of Cheddar Cheese
- Chives
- 3 slices of Cooked Bacon
- Nonstick Cooking Spray
- Sour Cream (for dipping)
Step by Step:
- Start by cleaning and slicing your potato into roughly ¼ inch slices.
- Fill the bottom of your skillet with oil, about ½ inch deep, and heat up.
- Throw in your potato slices, and dash each slice with pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and parsley.
- Let them cook for about 2 -3 minutes (until golden) and flip.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the opposite side of potatoes.
- Once both sides of potatoes are golden brown, place them on a plate.
- Now it is time to build your grilled cheese. Place a slice of bread down, your cheddar cheese, potatoes, sprinkle with chives, add bacon, and finally your other slice of bread.
- Clean your skillet and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Grill your sandwich on each side until golden brown, as shown.
- Serve and enjoy!
