Alright so this foot injury has lasted for nearly a year now. I’m still recovering and have had LOADS of time to jot down recipes on paper that I’ve had in my head for quite awhile now. This BELT Sandwich is one of those recipes I’ve been DYING to try!
For the past two years I’ve had this idea for a BELT sandwich and just haven’t tried it out because….well I don’t really know why!
