I took his Foiled Onions and Potato recipe and sped them up a little bit by using Yukon Gold Potatoes, so there is ZERO potato peeling going on.

How to Make Crispy Roasted Potatoes
This recipe makes enough to serve four people, but if you need to feed a crowd, you can easily double or even triple the recipe.
Crispy Roasted Potatoes and Onions
- 5 Gold Potatoes chunked
- 1 Medium Yellow Onion diced
- 3 Garlic Cloves minced
- 4 TBSP Olive Ooil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Toss all the ingredients on a large bar pan stone.
- Cook for 25-35 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Plate and serve.
