1lb.of Smoked Sausage
2tablespoonsof Unsalted Butter
3cupsof Chicken Broth
6Red Potatoescut into 1 inch squares
1 ½lb.of Velveeta Cheesecut into 1 inch squares
1cupof Whole Milk.
1cupof Heaving Whipping Cream
½cupof Beer
¼teaspoonof Black Pepper
1teaspoonof Onion Powder
Salt for Taste

Instructions
Start by dicing your smoked sausage into 1-inch slices.
Take your diced sausage and butter and place them in your pot
Cook until slightly brown.
Add the chicken broth and potatoes bring to a boil.
After you bring them to a boil reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Mash the potatoes slightly.
Add your milk, cream, beer, Velveeta, onion powder and salt and pepper.
Cook for an additional 10 mins stirring occasionally.
One cheese is melted, remove from heat and let thicken.
