Smoked Queso Dip
blocks Velveeta cubed
ground sausage cooked & drained
mild shredded cheddar
Brown sausage in a pan, drain grease.
Dice up the tomatoes, onions, green pepper. Cut the velveeta into cubes.
Combine all ingredients in an aluminum pan and stir.
Smoke at 350° 45 mins stirring occasionally until all cheese is melted. Stir and serve!
If you are using a grill or campfire, cook for 15 minutes, stir, then cook for 15 more minutes. If the pan is directly over the fire you run the risk of burning the bottom so move it up higher!
