Sweet Potato Casserole
bags of frozen steamable sweet potatoes
(9oz each) or 5 sweet potatoes
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Cook sweet potatoes as directed on packaging. In a small bowl, mash sweet potatoes.
In a large bowl whisk brown sugar, egg, milk, butter, and maple syrup until well blended.
Add sweet potatoes to the bowl and mix well and pour into casserole dish.
In a separate bowl, Whisk together all topping ingredients except the marshmallows. Spread mixture on top of sweet potatoes.
Evenly sprinkle marshmallows on top and put in oven for 30 minutes.
