Instructions
Spread parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Lay out cookie cutters.
Cover the bottom of the cookie cutter with sprinkles.
Melt the milk chocolate chips and drizzle inside the cookie cutters.
Right away, melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle on top of the milk chocolate. Use a toothpick to swirl designs.
Put in fridge for 1-2 hours until hardened.
Slowly push the chocolate down through the cookie cutter to release.
