white chocolate chips

Green gel food coloring
Whipped cream for topping
St. Patrick’s sprinkles for topping
Instructions
To a medium saucepan, add milk, heavy cream, sugar, salt, and white chocolate chips.
Heat over medium heat until steamy, and chocolate has melted.
Remove from the heat.
Stir in vanilla and green gel food coloring.
Start with a few drops, and add more until you reach your desired shade of green, stirring well.
Pour into your favorite mugs and top with whipped cream and St. Patrick’s Day sprinkles.
