1Can Hunt's Diced Tomatoes
2Packages16 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
8oz.Mild Cheddar Cheeseany yellow cheese will do

Instructions
PREHEAT oven to 325.
In a large cast iron skillet (or oven safe dish) spread a even layer of cream cheese, followed my chili and tomatoes. Next place cheddar cheese in a even layer.
BAKE for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.
Serve with garlic bread or tortilla chips!
