Ingredients
2boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 ½cupslow sodium chicken broth
½teaspoonminced garlic
3tablespoonslemon juice
2 ½tablespoonsbutterdivided into 2 pieces
½teaspoonoregano
sea salt and pepper to taste
cooked linguini pasta
Instructions
Add broth, garlic, and lemon juice to the pot. Place chicken breasts on top of butter pats. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and topped with oregano.
Cover and cook on low for 6 - 6 ½ hours. Remove chicken breasts and slice. Add cooked pasta to the liquid for a minute or two before serving to absorb the flavors. Add sliced chicken on top of the cooked pasta.
