WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO MAKE SLOW COOKER GARLIC LEMON CHICKEN
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 ½ cups low sodium chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 ½ tablespoons butter (divided into 2 pieces)
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- cooked linguine pasta
HOW TO MAKE SLOW COOKER GARLIC LEMON CHICKEN
Add broth, garlic, and lemon juice to the pot. Place chicken breasts on top of butter pats. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and topped with oregano.
Cover and cook on low for 6 – 6 ½ hours. Remove chicken breasts and slice. Add cooked pasta to the liquid for a minute or two before serving to absorb the flavors. Add sliced chicken on top of the cooked pasta.
