32oz.Elbow Macaroni
1CMayo
¼CWhite Vinegardistilled
⅔CGranulated Sugar
3TBSPMustard
1TSPSalt
1TSPPepper
1OnionDiced
2Celery StalksDiced
1Red Bell PepperDeseeded and Diced
1CColby CheeseDiced
Instructions
Boil salted water and cook macaroni until al dente, 6-8 minutes.
Drain and rinse with cold water to cool down the macaroni. If you put in the hot macaroni with the other ingredients, it will melt the cheese.
In a large bowl, mix together the mayo, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. Add in onion, celery, bell pepper and cheese.
Stir in macaroni.
Cover and Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, overnight if possible.
