Delicious saltine cracker toffee candy to make for Christmas time!

35-40saltine crackersusually about 1 sleeve
1cup2 sticks butter
1cuppacked brown sugar
2cupsmini milk chocolate chips
2-3tablespoonsChristmas sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
Place saltine crackers in a single layer across the entire baking sheet, leaving as little space as possible between crackers (without overlapping them).
Next, in a small saucepan add the butter and brown sugar. Bring to a roaring boil and keep boiling for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the boiling sugar over the saltine crackers, coating completely.
Bake the crackers for 5 minutes (the sugar mixture will be bubbling).
Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the crackers and let melt for 5 minutes.
Spread the chocolate evenly over the saltines and then top with your choice of Christmas sprinkles.
Allow to cool completely, about 2 hours in the fridge, before breaking into pieces.

You can speed up the cooling process by popping the tray into the fridge to help the chocolate set faster.
