Instructions
In a small bowl whisk together freshly squeezed lemon juice and garlic paste. Let the mixture
stand for 10 minutes.
In a medium-sized bowl add olive oil, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, and garlic lemon paste.
Whisk until completely blended.
Before serving drizzle with fresh olive oil if you would like. This is also where you can add
additional herbs such as fresh dill, red pepper flakes, or even tabasco sauce.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator after use.
