egg white

teaspoons
vanilla extract

whole almonds

brown sugar
1
cup
granulated sugar

tablespoons
cinnamon

tablespoons
of water
Instructions
In a large bowl whisk together the egg white and vanilla extract until light and frothy.
Add the almonds and stir to coat.
In a separate bowl mix up the brown sugar, white sugar and cinnamon.
Toss the almonds into the sugar mixture.
Spray your slow cooker with non-stick spray and add the almonds.
Cook on high for 2 hour stirring every 15-30 minutes.
After 2 hours add the water and stir.
Cook for another hour stirring every now and then.
Use a slotted spoon and remove the almonds from the slow cooker and place on parchment paper to cool completely.
Serve!
