Christmas Pretzel Crack

Semi-sweet chocolate chips
12oz
Pretzel Crisps
thin pretzels

Butter
2 sticks

cup
Brown sugar
Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
On a cookie sheet, lay out a piece of parchment paper to cover the whole thing.
Place the pretzels face up in rows.
In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the brown sugar. Keep stirring until combined. Bring to a boil.
Allow it to boil for 3-5 minutes until the color turns to a rich caramel color and starts to foam.
Pour over the pretzels and use a spatula to spread it out evenly. (Work fast as it hardens quickly!)
Put it in the oven for 4-5 minutes until it's brown and bubbling.
Take out of the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the whole thing. Let sit and melt for 4 minutes.
Using a spatula, spread out the chocolate in an even layer then add the sprinkles on top.
Place in freezer for 30 minutes until set and hardened.
Using a knife cut it into small squares (or break with hands).

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
