Instructions
Mix the soy sauce, light brown sugar, red pepper flakes, ground black pepper, and ground ginger in a small bowl.
Place a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil, warm for 1 minute
Add in the garlic powder and minced garlic. Stir for 1 minute.
Add in the ground beef and cook completely.
Drain some of the fat off.
Reduce heat to low and add the soy mixture.
Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the ground beef is nice and coated.
