How to Make Korean Ground Beef
One of my favorite easy dinners is this Korean ground beef recipe! It’s so flavorful and it’s a great way to use your ground beef other than spaghetti and tacos for once!
What ingredients do I need to make this dish?
- Soy sauce
- Light brown sugar
- Red pepper flakes
- Ground black pepper
- Ginger
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Minced garlic
- Ground beef
Toppings
- Green onions
- Sesame seeds
- SKILLS
- Serve over cooked white rice. Add some chopped green onions or sesame seeds.Use leftovers: Tacos and quesadillas.
- Storage: You can keep the Korean beef for almost 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Re-warm: Use the microwave or it is excellent in a skillet or air fryer.
- Have fun with the recipe:
- Make it spicy: It already has a good spice. For more spice increase the red pepper flakes.
- Make it kid-friendly: Omit the red pepper flakes and add some cheese.
- Make it Deluxe: Add some onions when cooking the ground beef. Serve with fresh grated cheese.
Add Herbs: Serve with fresh grated herbs.
