to make more of a pumpkin shape
Instructions
Spread the cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl to soften it.
Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese, 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning mix, and sliced green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Thoroughly mix the ingredients until they are fully combined and evenly distributed.
Form the cheese mixture into a ball.
Spread out a piece of plastic wrap, and add a sprinkle of cheese for the bottom of the cheeseball.
Firmly press the remaining shredded cheese into the sides of the formed ball until the entire surface is completely coated.
Wrap the ball in the plastic wrap.
Use baker's twine to tie 3 strands around the pumpkin to form a pumpkin shape, if desired.
Before serving, top the cheeseball with the bell pepper stem.
