How to Make a Pumpkin Cheeseball
If you’re looking for a fun fall appetizer idea, you have to make a pumpkin shaped cheeseball! It will impress your friends and family for sure! It goes perfectly at Thanksgiving or a Halloween party!

- Cream cheese
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Ranch seasoning
- 3 green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bell pepper stem

Pumpkin Shaped Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. ranch seasoning
- 3 green onions sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bell pepper stem
- Twine or rubberbands to make more of a pumpkin shape
Instructions
- Spread the cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl to soften it.
- Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese, 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning mix, and sliced green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Thoroughly mix the ingredients until they are fully combined and evenly distributed.
- Form the cheese mixture into a ball.
- Spread out a piece of plastic wrap, and add a sprinkle of cheese for the bottom of the cheeseball.
- Firmly press the remaining shredded cheese into the sides of the formed ball until the entire surface is completely coated.
- Wrap the ball in the plastic wrap.
- Use baker’s twine to tie 3 strands around the pumpkin to form a pumpkin shape, if desired.
- Before serving, top the cheeseball with the bell pepper stem.
