This takes just 3 ingredients to make and you can prep it ahead of time!
Enjoy! These are so pretty on a white platter and great finger food with the toothpicks.
Salami Cream Cheese Roll Ups
Servings 26 rolls
Ingredients
- 32 slices of salami
- ½ block of Cream cheese room temperature
- Banana peppers
- Toothpicks
Instructions
- Start by putting a sheet of saran wrap down then layer 4×4 salami slices on top of each other.
- Carefully spread the cream cheese all over the salami's even to the edges.
- Spread out the banana peppers over the cream cheese. You can chop them smaller if you want.
- Roll the whole thing up in the plastic wrap and twist the ends. Place in the fridge for 45 minutes to an hour.
- Unwrap. Then cut slices and rearrange the salamis to stay together then stick a toothpick in,
- Enjoy!
