Make this delicious and beautiful appetizer dip using just 4 ingredients! It’s perfect for the holidays especially Christmas because it’s red and green!
What ingredients do I need?
- Cherry tomatoes
- Pesto
- Cream Cheese
- Balsamic Glaze
Creamy Pesto Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes quartered
- ½ jar Pesto I used Raos 6.7oz jar (any will work!)
- 2 blocks Cream Cheese
- Balsamic Glaze
For Dipping:
- 1 Baguette sliced and baked
- Crackers/wheat thins
Instructions
Toasted Baguettes
- Slice the baguette at an angle.
- Place on a cookie sheet then spritz or brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees until crisp. Let cool.
Pesto Dip
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a loaf pan or dish, spread out the two blocks of cream cheese in an even layer.
- Scoop half the jar of pesto on top.
- Slice up your cherry tomatoes in quarters, then place on top. (Clean up the edges of the dish as they will turn brown in the oven!)
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Add a small knife and serve with bread or crackers! Serve immediately.
