Variations to Chicken Tostadas

Ingredients for Chicken Tostadas
- Shredded chicken breast
- Tostada shells
- Salsa
- Pinto beans
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Avocado
- Lime
- Taco seasoning
- Shredded lettuce
- Salt and pepper
How to Make Chicken Tostadas
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl, mix together the chicken, salsa, and pinto beans.
Place the Tostada shells on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top each shell with 2 Tablespoons of the chicken mixture, and 1 Tablespoon of cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove the Tostada’s from the oven, and set aside.
Mash the avocado with lime juice, and 1 teaspoon of taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Top each Tostada with a spoonful of avocado, and shredded lettuce.
Serve immediately. Enjoy

- 2 – 3 cups of shredded chicken breast you can use Rotisserie – or store bought deli chicken
- 1 box of Tostada shells
- ½ cup of salsa
- 1 can of pinto beans – drained and rinsed
- 8 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Avocado – pitted and mashed
- 1 lime – juiced
- 1 teaspoon of taco seasoning
- 1 -2 cups of shredded lettuce
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
