Ingredients for Cauliflower Fried Rice
- Frozen riced cauliflower
- Onion
- Green bell pepper
- Red bell pepper
- Carrots
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Soy sauce
- Chicken bullion
- Garlic salt
- Salt
- Pepper
- Ground ginger
How to Make Cauliflower Fried Rice
In a non-stick skillet, add the olive oil, and heat it for about 1 minute on medium. Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and carrots, and saute until golden brown.
Add the soy sauce, 2 Tablespoon of water, and the chicken bouillon cube stir, and cook until the bouillon cube melts.
Remove the cauliflower from the freezer, and break up the riced cauliflower in the bag before opening.
Add the riced cauliflower to the skillet, and cook until all liquid has been absorbed.
Add the minced garlic, garlic salt, seasoned salt, seasoned pepper, and ground ginger, stir and cook until cauliflower is a little browned.
Remove skillet from heat, and serve immediately. Enjoy

- 1 package of frozen riced cauliflower 12 – 16 ounces
- 1 medium sweet onion – chopped
- 1 green bell pepper – chopped
- 1 red bell pepper – chopped
- 4 carrots – chopped
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 2 Tablespoons of Olive oil
- 4 Tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons of water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 teaspoon of coarse ground garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon of seasoned pepper
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
Instructions
