Philly Cheesesteak Sliders
Servings 4
Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 lb Sirloin Steak thinly sliced
- 1 Clove of garlic minced ½ tsp jarred garlic
- ½ Medium yellow onion
- ½ Large green bell pepper
- ½ tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 8 Slices provolone cheese
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- ½ tsp Salt
Garlic butter topping
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Dried or fresh parsley
- 3 tbsp Salted butter
Instructions
- Start by chopping up the pepper and onions in strips. Mince garlic.
- Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice your steak as thin as possible (I used pre-sliced frozen).
- In a skillet, add olive oil and saute the garlic, onions, and peppers for about 10 minutes. Set aside.
- Add the steak, salt, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Cook until no longer pink.
- Slice your Hawaiian rolls in half as a whole. Transfer to a baking dish or a cookie sheet.
- Spread mayo on the bottom half of the rolls. Top with meat, veggies, and cheese. Put the top back on.
- In a separate bowl, melt the butter then add the parsley and garlic powder. Stir until combined. Brush over the top of the rolls evenly.
- Use aluminum foil and cover for the first 10 minutes in the oven. Then remove and bake another 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
