Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

Course Dinner
Servings 4

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1 lb Sirloin Steak thinly sliced
  • 1 Clove of garlic minced ½ tsp jarred garlic
  • ½ Medium yellow onion
  • ½ Large green bell pepper
  • ½ tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 Slices provolone cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp Salt

Garlic butter topping

  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Dried or fresh parsley
  • 3 tbsp Salted butter

Instructions

  • Start by chopping up the pepper and onions in strips. Mince garlic.
  • Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Slice your steak as thin as possible (I used pre-sliced frozen).
  • In a skillet, add olive oil and saute the garlic, onions, and peppers for about 10 minutes. Set aside.
  • Add the steak, salt, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Cook until no longer pink.
  • Slice your Hawaiian rolls in half as a whole. Transfer to a baking dish or a cookie sheet.
  • Spread mayo on the bottom half of the rolls. Top with meat, veggies, and cheese. Put the top back on.
  • In a separate bowl, melt the butter then add the parsley and garlic powder. Stir until combined. Brush over the top of the rolls evenly.
  • Use aluminum foil and cover for the first 10 minutes in the oven. Then remove and bake another 10 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
