Pimento Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 1 block of cream cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 oz. diced pimentos
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl add cream cheese and mayonnaise and mix together with a hand mixer until smooth. Fold in cheddar cheese.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, pimentos, worcestershire sauce and mustard to the cheese mixture and fold in all the seasonings until they are evenly distributed. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
- Let dip sit in the refrigerator to chill until ready to serve.
- Serve with crackers, vegetables, crusty bread or pita chips
