- 1 pound about 4 cups frozen tater tots

- ½ cup milk

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
- ½ cup diced bell peppers any color
- ½ cup diced onion
- ½ cup diced cooked ham and/or bacon optional for meat lovers
- Fresh parsley for garnish optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Spread the frozen tater tots in an even layer in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.
- Stir in ½ cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, and diced onion. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
