- 3 large russet potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Scrub the potatoes clean under running water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Pierce each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape during cooking.
- Rub each potato with olive oil or spray with spray oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Preheat your air fryer to 385F for about 3-5 minutes.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
- Cook the potatoes in the air fryer at 385F for 60 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes.
- Halfway through the cooking time, flip the potatoes to ensure even cooking.
- Once the potatoes are tender and easily pierced with a fork, remove them from the air fryer.
- Let the potatoes cool for a few minutes before slicing them open.
