- How do I store potato skins?
- Don’t put sour cream on the potatoes and you can store them in an air tight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. To heat them up just place them into the air fryer for 3-4 min and then top them with sour cream and spring onions.
- What are some substitutions I can make?
- You swap out the cheese for a cheese you prefer. White cheddar and Monterrey jack works well.
- Can I make this ahead of time and freeze it?
- Yes, once you don’t put any toppings on. Let the potato skins cool completely then store them in a zip lock bag for up to 3 months.
