How to Make Spinach Dip Using Knorr

I always look forward to the holidays JUST because of this knorr vegetable dip with spinach!! It is so addicting and is very easy to make at home. We love to carve out a bread bowl and chop up the bread into square pieces to dip then fill the middle with the dip. Make sure to also try our popular crockpot spinach artichoke dip too!

What ingredients do I need to make this knorr spinach dip?

  • Frozen spinach 
  • Sour cream
  • Mayonnaise
  • Knorr vegetable recipe mix
  • Water chestnuts

Make sure after you mix all the ingredients to at least let it chill in fridge for 2 hours to let the flavors combine!

NOTES:

    • Make sure the spinach is thawed and drained of all excess water.
    • Finely chopped chestnuts are perfect for a hint of crunch throughout the dip.
    • Serve in a bread bowl, with crackers, chips, or chopped veggies
    • Storage: Keep in refrigerator for 3-4 days
    • Have fun with the recipe:
      • Make it spicy: Add red pepper flakes
      • Make it kid-friendly: add shredded cheese
      • Make it Deluxe: add mushrooms and fresh herbs

Knorr Spinach Dip

Fridge Time 2 hours
Servings 25

Ingredients

  • 1 container 10 ounces frozen spinach chopped and thawed
  • 2 cups Sour cream 16oz
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 envelope 1.4 ounces Knorr vegetable recipe mix
  • 1 can 8 ounces water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped optional
  • Bread bowl optional for serving

Instructions

  • In a strainer place the thawed spinach and press to drain all excess water. Set aside.
  • Drain and rinse the chestnuts. Chopped to desired size. I chopped mine into small pieces
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients.
  • Refrigerate the dip for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Serve and Enjoy!

Notes

Storage: Keep in refrigerator for 3-4 days
