- Prepared horseradish I use fresh ground course cut
- Sour cream
- Lemon juice
- Mayonnaise
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- Pepper

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp prepared horseradish I use fresh ground course cut
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice, mayo, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and horseradish. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Put in fridge for 30 minutes-1 hour to thicken up.
- Serve and enjoy with your prime rib!
