  • Prepared horseradish I use fresh ground course cut
  • Sour cream
  • Lemon juice
  • Mayonnaise
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt

Horseradish Sauce

Servings 10

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp prepared horseradish I use fresh ground course cut
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • tsp pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice, mayo, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and horseradish. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Put in fridge for 30 minutes-1 hour to thicken up.
  • Serve and enjoy with your prime rib!

Notes

I think it’s best to make the day before so the flavors combine!
