Can I Eat Raw Flour

It has come out lately that there are some concerns about eating raw flour. If this is something that concerns you, simply toast the flour first. Add the flour to a dry skillet and toast until it browns slightly.

How to Make Eggless Cookie Dough

In the mixing bowl of a stand mixer, whip the butter, brown sugar, and sugar until light and fluffy.  Add the vanilla and heavy cream and mix just until blended.  Mix the salt in with the flour, and add the flour a third at a time, until well blended.

If the mixture seems dry, add a little more cream, until it has a smooth and thick texture.  Remove the bowl from the mixer, and fold in the chocolate chips with a spoon or spatula.  When all ingredients are thoroughly mixed, place dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour to chill.

When the dough has chilled, place in small dishes, or in ice cream cones to serve,  Top with additional chocolate chips if desired. Enjoy!
