Mini Cheese Ball Appetizers

Ingredients

  • 1 block 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon Everything Bagel seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup shredded Colby Jack
  • ¼ chopped onion I used sweet onions but you can use red onion or chopped green onion

Topping ideas

  • ¼ cup chopped dry cranberries
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup chopped bacon bits
  • 18 pretzel sticks

Instructions

  • Whip the cream cheese in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer until softened and airy.
  • Add the Everything Bagel seasoning, garlic powder, Colby Jack, and chopped onions. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
  • Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Scoop the cheese mixture into balls using a small cookie scoop (2 teaspoons).
  • Roll each ball into your preferred topping: dry cranberries, green onions, walnuts, or bacon bits.
  • Place a pretzel stick on top.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
