Caramel Apple Fudge
Servings 32
Ingredients
- 16 Ounces Salted Caramel Candy Melts
- 16 Ounces Vibrant Green Candy Melts
- 2 14- Ounce Cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 ½ Teaspoons Green Apple Candy Flavoring
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Place the caramel melts in a medium mixing bowl and place the green melts in another bowl.
- Pour one can of the sweetened condensed milk over the top of the caramel melts.
- Place the candy flavoring in the second can of sweetened condensed milk and stir well before pouring over the top of the green candy melts.
- One at a time, microwave each bowl for 2 ½ minutes or until the mixture turns smooth when stirred. Be sure to stop every minute to stir the mixture. This allows the ingredients to change positions in order to not overcook.
- Alternating between the two bowls, pour the melted mixtures into the prepared pan. I tend to alternate the bowls 4 times and pour it in at random to make a fun swirl look once it sets.
- Place in the fridge for 4 hours or until fully set. Cut into ½-inch pieces and enjoy!
