Here’s a pretty white chocolate fudge recipe to make for the holidays! The pistachios and cranberries just go so well together!

You can use any white chocolate chips for this fudge! The Target brand Good and Gather pistachios are considerably less expensive than the Wonderful brand and taste great.

Make sure you cover this fudge if you prepare ahead of time or it’ll dry out!
Cranberry Pistachio Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 bags White chocolate chips 22oz total
- ½ cup Pistachios
- ½ cup Dried cranberries
- 1 can Condensed Milk 14oz
Instructions
- Combine the chocolate chips and condensed milk in a pan over medium heat.
- Stir until completely melted.
- Chop the pistachios into smaller pieces. Sprinkle into the fudge mixture. Add cranberries. I like to save a little extra to top them with later.
- Put a piece of parchment paper into a 9×9 pan and pour the fudge into it. Sprinkle the small extra pistachio pieces on top.
- Put in the fridge for 1-2 hours or until completely cooled.
- Cut squares and enjoy!
Notes
Store in a air tight container for 2-3 days.
