OMG! Is this recipe really 996 calories per serving? How many servings in this recipe?
Marci says
No it’s not! We are having issues with our recipe card inserting the correct nutritional information. We are working on it!
Sabrina says
Do you use a granulated sweetener or powdered sweetener?
Marci says
Granulated!
John says
Does this always come out dry and a little grainy?
Marci says
Hi John,
That will depend on what flour you use. A finer flour won’t leave that texture!
Marci
Vi says
Would a liquid sweetener like liquid stevia work, or is the texture dependent on a granulated sweetener?
Marci says
Yeah, you the texture works with the sugar!
Lauren says
Is the whole batch 996 calories?
Marci says
Yes!
Kait says
Could you use almond flour instead?
Marci says
Hi Kait! You can, but, the almond flour tends to leave a grainy texture, even with finely ground flour that I just don’t like. It doesn’t absorb like the coconut flour does!
