Zesty Italian Cucumber Salad

All you need is a lemon, zesty italian seasoning, and a cucumber!
Zesty Italian Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Lemon
- ½ Packet of Zesty Italian Seasoning
- 1 English cucumber
Instructions
- Peel the cucumber in stripes or completely skinless. Cut into thin slices.
- Juice the lemon into a bowl and add half of the zesty italian seasoning packet. Stir until completely mixed.
- Pour the juice over the cucumbers and stir until all is coated.
- Serve and enjoy!
