Ranch Cucumber Chips
Ingredients
- 1 English Cucumber
- 1 TBSP Ranch seasoning or 1 ½ TBSP for a bigger cucumber
Instructions
- Peel the cucumber and cut it in thin slices.
- In a ziploc bag, dump the cucumbers and ranch seasoning. Shake until all coated.
- Pour into a bowl and enjoy right away!
Notes
If you don’t want your cucumbers to “sweat,” toss your sliced cucumbers in salt, cover and allow to rest in the refrigerator for about 40 minutes. Pat dry with paper towel and add the ranch!
