Make Homemade Chex Mix in Air Fryer

What ingredients do I need to make chex mix?
- Chex cereal
- Cheerios cereal
- Pretzels sticks
- Mini pretzels
- Peanuts roasted and unsalted
- Oysters crackers
- Salted butter
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Chili powder
- Worcestershire sauce
- Pepper
Air Fryer Chex Mix
Servings 7 cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups Chex cereal
- ½ cup Cheerios cereal
- 1 cup pretzels sticks
- ½ cup mini pretzels
- ½ cup peanuts roasted and unsalted
- 1 cup oysters crackers
- ⅓ stick of salted butter
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Add the Chex, Cheerios, pretzels, peanuts, and oyster crackers in a bowl, and mix well.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the remaining ingredients and stir until it starts to boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and let cool for a couple of minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the mix and using a spatula, toss the mix until fully coasted.
- Add the mix to the air fryer and cook at 350°f for 4 minutes. Shake the mixture after 4 minutes and then cook for 3 minutes.
- Remove and let cool.
