- diced tomatoes with onions and green peppers
- tomato sauce
- tomato paste
- coarse ground garlic salt
- seasoned salt
- pepper
- chili powder

How to Make
Turn on the Saute setting on the Instant Pot, and add the butter, and chopped onion.
Cook the onion until it begins to caramelize, and add the ground Sirloin, and cook until browned and no longer pink, and crumble the Sirloin into small pieces.
Add the minced garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and water, and stir well.
Add the garlic salt, seasoned salt, pepper, chili powder, Italian Seasoning, sweet basil, and brown sugar, and stir together until well blended.
Turn off the Saute setting, and add 2 cups of Shells (pasta), and stir into the meat sauce. Make sure all the shells are covered in the sauce.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot, and make sure the pressure valve is set to ‘SEALING’ and press the ‘MANUAL’ button on the Instant Pot, and turn the time to 5 minutes for Al Dente Pasta, and 6 minutes if you like your Pasta a little more done.
When the Instant Pot is done, it will beep and go to OFF, do a quick release by gently turning the pressure valve to ‘VENTING’ and allowing the pressure to be released.
When all the pressure has been released, and the float valve is down, remove the lid from the Instant Pot, and stir the Pasta and sauce.
Add the cream and shredded cheese, stir well, and let the Mac and Cheese sit for 1 minute before serving. Serve with bread, or a small salad. Enjoy!
NOTE: If you’re not familiar with the term ‘al dente’ it simply means that the Pasta is a little more chewy, and not soft. So, if you like your Pasta a little more done, you’d cook it a little longer, as the instructions suggest.
