Ingredients

  • 5 Gold Potatoes chunked
  • 1 Medium Yellow Onion diced
  • 3 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 4 TBSP Olive Ooil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Toss all the ingredients on a large bar pan stone.
  • Cook for 25-35 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  • Plate and serve.
