This recipe makes enough to serve four people, but if you need to feed a crowd, you can easily double or even triple the recipe.
Crispy Roasted Potatoes and Onions
Ingredients
- 5 Gold Potatoes chunked
- 1 Medium Yellow Onion diced
- 3 Garlic Cloves minced
- 4 TBSP Olive Ooil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Toss all the ingredients on a large bar pan stone.
- Cook for 25-35 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Plate and serve.
