How to Make Cucumber and Tomato Salad
This cucumber and tomato salad is one of my favorite side dishes in the summer time! It’s super easy to whip up and it’s always a crowd pleaser at a BBQ.
Italian dressing recipes are my favorite, sometimes I marinate my steak or chicken breasts with it too! If you like tomatoes, make sure to try our tomato basil pasta salad too!
Tomato Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 2-3 Cucumbers
- 20-25 Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 cups Mozzarella cubed
- ½ cup Italian Dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and cube cucumbers. I prefer cutting the cucumbers lengthwise into quarters, then cutting them into ½ inch long sections. Place cubed cucumbers into a large bowl.
- Slice each of the cherry tomatoes in half. Place the tomatoes in with the cucumbers.
- Add mozzarella and Italian dressing, then stir the mixture together.
- Add salt and pepper as desired and enjoy!
