The equipment you’ll need is

  • Small Offset Spatula
  • Piping Bag (2)
  • Large Round tip (tip-1A)
  • Foil
  • Cupcake tin
  • Cupcake liners

Ghost Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups vanilla buttercream

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350
  • Add ingredients for cake mix to bowl
  • Mix until well combined
  • Line cupcake tin with liners
  • Use an ice cream scooper or ¼ cup measuring cup to evenly distribute the cupcake batter, only going ¾ full
  • Roll up 4 pieces of foil per cupcake
  • Add the balls to the cupcake tin shaping the ghost body
  • Bake for 18-20 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
  • Let cool completely
  • Add buttercream to piping bag fitted with tip 1A
  • Remove cupcakes from pan
  • Pipe the head, both arms and tail with frosting
  • Use the offset spatula to smooth out the frosting
  • Use black icing or chocolate to make the eyes and mouth
  • Serve and Enjoy!
