Gum Drop Fudge

Ingredients

• ▢ 2 tablespoons unsalted sweet cream butter
• ▢ 24 ounces white chocolate chips
• ▢ 20 ounces mini marshmallows
• ▢ 2 cups dot candy cut in half

Instructions

• Using parchment paper, line a 9 x 9 baking pan.
• Melt the butter, marshmallows, and white chocolate chips using a double boiler.
• Stir the mixture gradually until it is smooth and completely melted.
• Take off the heat and stir in the chopped dots.
• Transfer the blend into the baking dish. Add a couple of dots to the top.
• Overnight, let it cool and come to room temperature.
• Cut into small square pieces after it has set. Keep in a food storage container that is airtight.
